All aftermarket parts providers are not the same.

• Sourcing Providers primarily focus on identifying parts that they source from other parts suppliers. Their role is finite and simplistic.
• Single-turn Inventory Providers buy a "system" as opposed to a part and harvest the system into subcomponent parts. These providers are usually more narrowly focused by modality or by manufacturer. They typically perform only system testing - making sure the equipment is running as a whole, rather than performing component testing. Further, they typically do not have repair capabilities, limiting their ability to repair defective parts coming back from customers and therefore limiting their value to the customer.
• Multi-turn Inventory Providers buy and harvest systems into subcomponent parts, however they include the ability to repair and test both harvested parts and also customer-exchanged parts. Multi-turn Inventory Providers also make extensive investments in Quality Assurance Bays which allow them to test parts in a working system. The component level testing ensures that each part works. They offer a cost advantage to the customer as well as deeper technical, repair, and testing capabilities.
