Rob Piconi
President & Chief Executive Officer

Rob joined ReMedPar in 2008, bringing 22 years of experience in operating and leading companies across various industries in both the public and private sectors, and consistently delivering successful results for customers, employees and shareholders. Rob has in-depth experience in the areas of supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, global business/service management and financial restructuring. His career includes 5 years working in Europe, as well as significant merger, acquisition, integration and divestiture experience across 3 different industries.

Prior to ReMedPar, Rob was the President of Spirent Communications, a publicly traded company and global leader in technology testing and performance analysis within the Telecommunications industry. He also worked in the telecommunications infrastructure and oil and gas industries, holding various executive and general management roles leading multi-billion dollar businesses. Rob holds BS and BA undergraduate degrees from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Jay Oyakawa
Chief Development & Operations Officer

Jay is a seasoned operator who has spent the last 20 years running financed transactions ranging from venture capital, family office, PIPE and private equity backed transactions. Jay has focused on restructurings which have involved all aspects of reorganization including financial, operational and strategic planning. Jay’s experience includes President, CEO & Director at EdenTree Technologies, an automation software company in telecommunications, President, COO & Director of Calypte Biomedical, a publically traded HIV diagnostics company, and President, CEO & Director of NameSafe Technologies, a venture funded web security company.

Earlier in his career Jay was the VP of Mergers and Acquisitions for Pacific EyeNet, a physician practice management company focused on an ophthalmology roll-up and carve out model. Other work experience includes LEK Management Consulting where Jay focused on Mergers and Acquisitions. Jay has an undergraduate degree in Economics from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Health Care and Finance graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Darren Barnes
Vice President, Finance

Darren joined ReMedPar in 2007 as vice president of finance, bringing with him 15 years of financial and operations experience. Prior to ReMedPar, Darren joined Newell Rubbermaid in 1994 as manufacturing supervisor of their office products division. From there he moved quickly through the ranks of manufacturing, purchasing, and finance for their office products and glassware divisions where he was key in driving over 20 million in working capital reductions and over 1 million in cost savings before leaving the company in 2000 to join the corporate office of Stanley Tools where he led their global supply chain finance team. In 2002, Darren returned to Newell Rubbermaid as Director of Finance of their picture frame and photo album business unit in Austin, TX where during his tenure he led the implementation of Oracle, helped lead the division through two divestitures, and was later named their vice president of finance.

Darren is a native of middle Tennessee and earned his BBA and MBA in finance from Middle Tennessee State University.

Mark Suffridge
Vice President, Sourcing & Supply Chain

Mark oversees ReMedPar's sourcing and supply chain strategy. He joined ReMedPar during the company's initial start-up phase. He served in various capacities including engineering and operations development until becoming senior vice president in 2000. His leadership has been instrumental in the development of many of ReMedPar's core strengths, including depot repair, capital investments, technical support, technical training and quality assurance testing.

As a widely recognized expert in the replacement parts industry, Mark leverages twenty years of domain expertise and supplier relationships. He is committed to developing high quality and cost effective solutions. Mark holds an AAS in electronic engineering.

Russ Hall
Director, Technical Operations & Quality Control

Russ leads ReMedPar's technical staff and logistics group in providing quality parts and technical support services. With 30 years experience in medical imaging, technical operations, field service management, supply chain logistics and quality responsibilities, Russ provides strong expertise in data-driven, results focused operational leadership. Prior to joining ReMedPar, Russ was the Director of Sourcing for Philips Medical Multi Vendor Service Operations where he was responsible for vendor relationships and managed Philips’ technical development center located in Winston Salem, NC. He was responsible for the development and contracting of opportunities to reduce material costs with enhanced quality performance to support the US Multi-Vendor service group. He managed a diverse product portfolio, including service trend analysis, multiple OEM diagnostic imaging systems, regional technical service support organizations and bio medical parts and services.

From 1978 through 2002, Russ was employed by Siemens Medical Systems. His career with Siemens progressed from field service engineer, technical training instructor, service manager and General Manager of a Division of Siemens. Russ transferred to take on the role of Director Equipment Logistics, responsible for site planning and project management of Siemens’ imaging equipment installations for the US. Russ completed his career with Siemens as Director of Turnkey Construction Services, a group providing comprehensive construction and logistics services to Siemens US based customers.

Russ Hall holds an MBA in Business Operations, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management. Russ has completed Six Sigma Black Belt Training, has formal electronics training, and has completed Advanced Logistics and Supply Chain Training and Advanced Corporate Executive Training.
